Forums have different sections, that is the whole point of a forum. admin runs this site, if he feels like making a section for "what I think of you" topics he can and that's where all those topics will go which deal with this.

Plus 99% of you guys/girls don't care anyway and post in the wrong section, and it is upto admin/mods to move it -- like they are supposed to.

We are not trying to be bias, but just doing our duty. So don't argue with us about this. Other forum sites are more organized than this.

The only way this desi forum wil run smoothly is if we for example: ban poster for posting in the wrong section for a certain period of time. This option might just be possible in the future.

It's much easier to change yourself than others. So why don't you try posting in the right section like you are supposed to and its only the matter of time until this place would be much more organized. It will be a pain in the ass in the begening ofcourse, but after short period of time things will look up.

Ps- Please don't make threads about why your threads got moved, a PM would be good enough. Also if you have a problem with the forums post it in the Suggestion/Question section since admin is the main guy you should address it to, not your fellow posters who can't do much about it.

    Hello,I fully agree with the warning against HR. I work in the biotech industry, and the discrimination is very strong against anyone lacking a Ph.D. Many of my colleagues had similar stories of how their dealings with HR went sour. Not all HR people are bad (one at a college at which I worked was particularly sharp and helpful), but many are incompetent and some are downright hostile if those three magic letters do not follow your name.
