1. Arabic Speaking Paralegal, Bahrain

Our client, a prestigious real estate firm is
looking to add an Arabic Speaking Paralegal to
their Bahrain based team. The successful candidate
has to provide support legal services to counsel
for high value clients by processing corporate,
commercial and dispute resolution matters as
requested. Client work will be billable with other
occasional non chargeable administrative duties as
required to support Partners and Associates.



Responsibilities:

• Taking instructions and queries from
Partners, Associates and Senior Paralegals.

• Track and action license renewals and
amendments for clients and deal with the requisite
invoicing or fees.

• Where deemed necessary advise Partners,
associates or the senior Paralegals that further
information is required from the client.

• Carry out fee earning work delegated by
Partners, or Associates where the work has reached
the stage of being referred to ministries, dealing
with clients and fee earners where required for
points of clarification.



Requirements:

• Bachelor, degree in Law.

• At least 3 years of similar in-house
experience in the real estate industry in the GCC

• Fluency in English as well as Arabic.



2. Legal Translator, Kuwait

Our client, a global Law Firm with bases throughout
the Middle East is looking to add a Translator with
Legal experience to their expanding team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate has to complete an exciting
mixture of work for different departments.



Responsibilities:

• Take instructions and queries from
Partners, Associates and Senior Paralegals.

• Translate legal documents, certificates or
contracts of all kind.

• Complete translations in a timely manner.



Requirements:

• University degree in Law or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years experience within
legal translation, ideally in a law firm in the
GCC.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.



3. Legal Secretaries, GCC

Our client, a global Law Firm with offices
throughout the Middle East is looking for Legal
Secretaries to join their offices at various
locations in the GCC. The successful candidate will
be expected to complete an exciting mixture of work
for the Litigation department.



Responsibilities:

• Taking instructions and queries from
Partners, Associates and Senior Paralegals.

• Arrange translations and overlook some
Diary Management.

• Providing legal assistance to the
Litigation team.

• Overlook other secretarial duties.



Requirements:

• Degree in the relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years secretarial experience
within a legal firm in the GCC.

• Excellent communication skills in English,
ideally also fluent in Arabic.
