university of the Royal College of Surgeons in
Ireland. The role of the university is to provide

Academic Science Teacher Ref: HR MCP 022202


Academic English Teacher Ref: HR MCP 021101



These posts are to provide high quality, communicative academic English language instruction and foundation level science tuition to students following the Medical Commencement Programme.

These positions require supporting students in
developing their skills and knowledge to bridge the
gap of learning from a second level Arabic medium
education, to an independent third level medical
school education delivered through the medium of
English.



Applicants must possess the following competencies:


• Masters Degree in English Language/ Masters
Degree in science or education or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years English language teaching
experience at tertiary level or 5 years science
teaching experience at high second or tertiary
level

Company. A leading Grade 1 MEP and Facility
Management Contractor in the State of Qatar
operating since 1974 require the following
personnel for our commercial, industrial and
residential projects.



1. PROJECT MANAGERS:

Graduate engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical) with
10-12 years experience (minimum 3 years most be in
the Gulf) in the electromechanical contracting
field. Should be well disciplined, able to plan,
design, correspond independently and execute
projects. Must be computer literate in respective
operating systems/ softwares.



2. PROJECT ENGINEERS:

Graduate engineers (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5-7
years experience (minimum 3 years most be in the
Gulf) in the electromechanical contracting field.
Should be able to execute projects right from
conception stage till handling over in a
professional and systematic manner, able to do
correspondence, leading a team of junior engineers,
supervisors, technicians and other operatives.
Should be computer literate.



3. MAINTENANCE/ FACILITY MANAGER (M.E.P)

Graduate Engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 10
- 12 years experience which should include minimum
5 years in the Gulf, on large scale MEP operation &
maintenance projects including HVAC. Should be well
disciplined, able to plan and execute Planned
Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance
activities, troubleshooting, well versed in
operation and maintenance of all major HVAC,
Electrical and Mechanical systems, able to do
independent correspondence, leading a team of site
engineers, supervisors, technicians and other
operatives.



4. MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS (M.E.P.)

Graduate Engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 5
- 7 years experience which should include minimum 3
years in the Gulf, on large operation and
maintenance projects with proven track record of
trouble shooting and rectification skills, sound
knowledge in PPM/CM activities, should be computer
literate in respective programmes/ softwares.



5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS:

Graduate Engineer with 5-7 years experience in
electrical installation projects (minimum 2 years
in the Gulf) with thorough knowledge of all kinds
of electrical systems. Should possess the ability
to take initiative and work independently on high
profile large scale projects.



6. HVAC ENGINEERS:

Graduate Engineers with 5-7 years experience in
HVAC installation projects (minimum 2 years in the
Gulf) with thorough knowledge of all kinds of HVAC
systems. Should possess the ability to take
initiative and work independently on high profile
large scale projects. Should be familiar with the
process of material submittal, drawings preparation
and interaction with client/ consultant.



7. PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING ENGINEERS:

Graduate Engineer with 5-7 years experience
(minimum 2 years in the Gulf) with thorough
knowledge of all kinds of plumbing, drainage and
One fighting systems including sprinklers on high
profile large scale projects. Should possess the
ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Should have minimum 5 years experience as Business Unit Head for Multi unit Food Franchise Retail operation within Bahrain and Mr Saudi Arabia, should be capable of running the entire operations independently.



Responsibilities includes

- opening and establishing Chain of successful retail
stores within the Kingdom, budgeting and achieving
revenue targets and developing the Market as per
the Business Plan.
• Arabic speaking candidate Prefer.
• Academic qualification: University Graduate / Hotel Management Graduate / MBA
• Preferred Age Group 30 to 35 years.
