SENIOR MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (CONSTRICTION)


A large MEP construction company seeks to employ for its
operations Engineering Professionals for the following
positions.


SENIOR MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS


The Role

• Be responsible for the successful completion of the
Mechanical / Electrical works for multimillion world
class projects
• Report directly to the project manager
• Organize and supervise the installations works to meet
customer requirements
• Lead site engineering staff and relevant parties to
ensure project completion within the allocated time and
budget
• Ensure project close out procedures address all
mechanical/ electrical design matters
• Attend meetings with project consultants and clients



Requirements

• University Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Superior engineering skills and capability of interacting with all engineering disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of engineering and design and
familiarity with applicable
codes, standards and acceptable industry practices
• 15 years of relevant formal work experience in
construction with at least 5 years as a project senior engineer or a group leader
• Competent in leading, organizing and motivating others
Computer literate Good English oral communication and
writing/presentation skills

    TECHNICAL STAFF REQUIRED


1- VSAT ENGINEERS:

• BSc. In Telecommunications Engineering.
• (3-5) years experience in satellite communications
engineering
* Extensive experience in VSAT systems design O&M (SCPC DAMA, TDMA, broadband lP . etc.).
• Ability to conduct site surveys, installation,
alignment, commissioning, & troubleshooting of satellite
earth stations.
• Ability to generate professional reports on above.
• Good command of English language.
• Some IT knowledge, especially in relation to CISCO
routers and their operation through VSAT systems.


2- VSAT TECHNICIANS:

• Education (at least for 2 years) in Electronic/
Telecommunications Engineering.
• (3-5) years experience in VSAT networks
implementation.
• Good command of English language (oral and w
• Some IT knowledge, especially in relation to CISCO
routers and their operation through VSAT systems.


3- IT ENGINEERS:


• BSc. Degree in Electronic/Telecommunications or
Computer Science engineering.
• Minimum (5-7) years experience in design and
implementation of voice and data networks, Familia with
TDMA, Cisco routers, switches, Firewalls and P networks
is mandatory.
• CCNP or CCVP a must.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols.
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment.
• Good command of English (both written and oral)
Technical Staff Required


Transferable Iqamas Required
