1. Real Estate Fund Manager, Saudi Arabia


Our client, an elite International Bank is seeking a
Real Estate Fund Manager to join its
expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate
has to update the Board of
Directors on the ongoing development process as well as
the progress including site visits and
inspection and estimation of percentage completion and
timeline to completion.


Responsibilities:


• Follow up the land purchase process, review
feasibility, design, project plan and schematics.
• Assign valuators and issue 6 months reports to
investors as per the fund terms and
conditions.
• Review contracts with developers (design, consultants,
construction contractors and other
contractors).
• Liaise with Corporate Finance team on structuring and
execution of real estate funds or
other structures.
• Coordinate with developers to make disbursements in
accordance with approved budgets
and work programme.
• Analyze incoming real estate (residential, commercial,
or industrial) opportunities in order to
assist in business development or growth of the real
estate portfolio.


Requirements:


• Engineering background and onsite experience in Saudi
Arabia of no less than 5 years KSA
experience.
• Worked on construction contracts/estimations and able
to assess costing, progress and
process.
• Well educated and able to learn new tasks and other
matters pertaining to real estate

2. Underwriting Supervisor of Commercial Lines, UAE


Our client, a prestigious insurance organization is
looking for an Underwriting Supervisor of
Commercial Lines to join their growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible
for underwriting risks within the authority limits and
criteria delegated by the Regional
Office.


Responsibilities:


• Supervise the annual renewal process in conjunction
with the underwriting team.
• Oversee the day to day activities of the Underwriting
Executives and Underwriting Assistants.
• Coordinate and execute the timely production and
issuance of commercial insurance policies
and related supporting documentation.
• Ensure that all risks are underwritten within the
framework of company’s underwriting
philosophy, policy, authority limits and procedures.


Requirements:


• Tertiary level education required, preferably holding
diploma in Insurance and ideally with
ACII / AII or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 5+ years underwriting experience in the
insurance industry in the GCC.

Skills:

analysts and brokers at a regional level.
• Manage and expand an investment portfolio in the
region, consisting of equity participations.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations for
approval of new transactions,
renewals and increases to existing borrowers to
appropriate Investment Committees


Requirements:


• Degree from well reputed International University.
• At least 7 years’ experience in Asset Management in
the GCC, with excellent experience
in origination and analysing investments.
• Experience in prop fund and exposure in different
product (equities/fixed income/real
estate/private equity).
• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Preferably Saudi National
