• Provide sell side M&A advisory: perform comprehensive due-diligence, develop financial models to project expansionary opportunities, craft detailed sales memo and management presentations outlining business strategy and assets and coordinate process with selected buyers.
• Perform in-depth evaluation and participate in the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions in the Middle East (IPOs, rights issues and private placements).
• Advise the client’s management on valuation, process and due diligence to ensure the process moves smoothly towards closure (buyside and sellside).
• Formulate financial models and valuation analyses.
• Create client and firm marketing presentations.



Requirements:


• An exceptional academic record with degree from a leading university, preferably MBA or CFA.
• At least 5-7 years of solid execution experience from a leading investment bank with a proven track record within Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and/or project finance or capital markets in the GCC.
• Strong work ethics and a commitment to delivering results under pressure and to deadlines.
• Consolidated international work experience with a regional deal sheet is preferred.
• Developed marketing ability preferred with strong numerical and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Our client, a leading Middle East based bank is looking for a Corporate Collections Manager to join its dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Job Description:-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the risk management of the Non-Performing corporate loan with the specific objective of minimizing expected losses on these accounts by maximizing the collection/recoveries.



Responsibilities:


• Confirm recoveries assigned are approved, registered and entered in the computer system.
• Engage in correspondence with the borrowers before and after finalization of settlement plan.
• Ensure that periodic checks on margin and collateral valuations in respect of customer risk exposures are carried out.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing key findings and results of recoveries including recommendations of various legal actions against borrowers.
• Meet with customers to negotiate settlement plan, draft terms and conditions and complete documentation prior to effecting rescheduling of liability in the system.



Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree or High School Certificate.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in managing, guiding and advising team of collectors in the Banking field and mainly in corporate collection.
• Should possess good knowledge about the government (Ministry of Commerce, Police and Courts) rules and regulation.
• Candidate must be fluent in Arabic.
