Meet internal and external sales targets in order to proactively sell parts in the market. Set goals and objectives for the parts sales team according to market conditions in order to ensure the achievement of parts sales targets. Ensure that cars are cleaned and work completed before contacting customers for collection. Deliver vehicle to customer with detailed explanation about the repairs. test reports and invoice. Minimum Qualifications: • Technical diploma in the Mechanical field Minimum Experience: • 2 to 3 years of experience with at least I year in a customer service role Job Specific Skills: • Familiar with all the car models in the company's product range • Time management • Customer satisfaction oriented • Planning skills • Convincing / negotiation skills • Good communication skills 6) QUALITY CONTROLLER Job Description: Ensure that the work is completed as per the requirements of the customer noted in the Job Card and assist in diagnosing faults.
