Job Description:

troubleshooting.


Minimum Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineer or recognized technical
qualification.

Minimum 10 years work experience in Chrysler. Dodge.

2) TECHNICIAN


Job Description:

Carryout mechanical maintenance and repair activities of
various can & equipments in the workshop to ensure their
timely availability, reliability and efficiency in line
with the approved Quality Control policies. procedures
and standards.


Minimum Qualifications:


• Diploma in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineer.
preferably with quality controlling/assurance emphasis

3) WHOLE SALE MANAGER


Job Description:


Maintain and monitor optimal sales levels of parts to
ensure optimal stock of parts for internal utilization
and for external sales in order to ensure parts sales
objectives are in line with the business objectives and
balance business demand and carrying costs. Meet
internal and external sales targets in order to
proactively sell parts in the market. Set goals and
objectives for the parts sales team according to market conditions in order to ensure the achievement of parts sales targets. Set achievable but visible measures of clear parts sales targets in order to maximize performance of the Parts team and conduct monthly performance reviews with each member of the Parts team.


Minimum Qualifications:


• University degree in Marketing
Communications preferably with a Master's degree in a related discipline.
Attendance on relevant functionally-related Training programs covering such areas of Parts and Management. etc


Minimum Experience:


7 to 8 years of experience in a large Organization with at least 2-3 years in the management of the Automotive Parts department
• Experience of managing across several geographic locations. in an international context
• Operations experience with profit & loss accountability for a major business unit


Skills:


• Thorough understanding of broader business issues and the automotive environment affecting Parts Sales Management
• Evaluation and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet internal service level agreements
• Spoken and written Communication skills in English and preferably Arabic
Time Management and sense of urgency



4) SERVICE MANAGER


Job Description:

Manage the automotive service repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and minimize operational delays in other departments. Oversee activities of service personnel conducting research and testing program on automotive servicing equipment for such factors as operational performance, costs of operation and maintenance, operational safety. and compliance with environmental laws and regulations Manage all receptions activities and ensure agility and responsiveness of the reception team towards customer needs.


Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing Communications
preferably with a Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Attendance on relevant functionally-related Training programs covering such areas of Parts and Management. etc


Skills:

5) SERVICE ADVISOR


Job Description:


Properly evaluates the customer's needs to ensure that all their requests and service/repair requirements are fully undertaken. Give advice concerning the general condition of the car and the added value of the workshop propose benefits and service enhancements. Ensure that cars are cleaned and work completed before contacting customers for collection. Deliver vehicle to customer with detailed explanation about the repairs. test reports and invoice.


Minimum Qualifications:


• Technical diploma in the Mechanical field
Minimum Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of experience with at least I year in a customer service role


Job Specific Skills:


• Familiar with all the car models in the company's product range
• Time management
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Planning skills
• Convincing / negotiation skills
• Good communication skills



6) QUALITY CONTROLLER


Job Description:


Ensure that the work is completed as per the requirements of the customer noted in the Job Card and assist in diagnosing faults. Also ensures that the work is completed as per the manufacture's
