ACCOUNTS / FINANCE / AUDIT SENIOR ACCOUNTANT, AED 10,000 - 12,000 p.m. A Multinational company is looking for a senior Accountant for its Dubai regional office. To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate should have a degree in Commerce/Accounting, with 5 - 8 years of experience preferably in ERP Environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains is a must. Job responsibilities: You will need to ensure that all financial records are maintained and recorded accurately in compliance with the accepted policies and procedures. In addition, you are also expected to manage banking transactions, generate financial statements, Job cost analysis and Project-wise profitability; and perform other duties that may be assigned by your line managers. You will be responsible for control, monitor & enter revenue and cost accounting data, assist senior cost accountant in monthly Flash report, prepare monthly job invoices, prepare credit notes, ensure outstanding receivables are monitored, expedited and are paid, prepare journal entries, etc. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field, proficiency in computers and excellent communication skills is a must.
