Executive Driver cum messenger

1. Be well versed with English
2. Be presentable
3. Have good knowledge of all main locations of Qatar.
4. Be able to follow given instructions and comply with them accordingly.
5. Be able to drive and maintain large vehicles.
6. Possess a clean Qatari driving license.



Executive Tea Boy

1. Be well versed with English.
2. Be presentable.
3. Have 3 years of prior experience of working with
Executive Management.
4. Have some exposure to working in a four / five star hotel
5. Be able to follow given instructions and comply with them accordingly.



Executive Secretary

1. Be fluent in English � Writing, Reading and Speaking.
2. Have some working knowledge of Arabic- Reading and Writing.
3. Be presentable and be able to manage / coordinate
requirements for dignitaries and important guests.
4. Have good knowledge of all main locations of Qatar.
5. Be able to follow given instructions and comply with them accordingly.
6. Be well versed with MS Office � Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Publisher and AutoCAD, .
7. Have 4 years of prior experience as an Executive
Secretary with Executive Management.
8. Have some prior working exposure to Admin, Procurement and document control for a construction company.
9. Possess a clean Qatari driving license.
