Chief Accounts


Accounts graduate / CA or equivalent, Miriam 3yeors experience as Finance Department Head with Multi writ retail Food / Hotel Industry. Responsibilities includes assisting the Operation Manager and General Manager with the development of strategic long tens roared goals ad annual plans and periodic reporting to the General Manager with the evaluation report on financial performance agars! teats. Preparation and submittal of P&L, Balance and Cash Flows statement.


Purchasing In-Charge


Accounts graduate or equivalent. Candidate with minimum 3 years experience waling with reputed Hospitalityy/Food and Beverage retail organizations in similar position.


Accounts Clerk


Account graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience as Accounts clerk in Financial Department of l of any reputed organization dealing in Multi Unit Food Retail / Hotel / Restaurant industry



Store Manager


3 years Bakery & Coffee shop experience as Store-in-charge in reputed coffee shop chains.


Assistant Store Manager


Minimum 2 years Coffee Stop experience as Stoniest in reputed coffee Mop chars.


Production Head


High School Graduate or equivalent. Minima 5 years Bakery experience as Production Head / Department
Head in reputed Bakery chains.

Responsibilities includes production Planning, Recipe / Menu engineering, ensure optimization of resources and equipments, Quality & Portion control, Supervising, Training and motivating the production team. Thorough knowledge of Food Safety , Safe food handling and sanitation procedures.


cashiers


High Scrod graduate or equivalent, Minimum 2 years experience as cashier in Hospitality industry or any retail food chain.


Drivers


Young energetic and enthusiastic males with void GCC valid motor vehicle driving license .



Master Chef / Senior Baker


High School graduals or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience with reputed Hotels/ Restaurant as a Master Chef or Department Head. Should possess good knowledge and understanding of Baking and Bakery equipments, production planning and supervision of the production team.



Pastry Chef :



High School graduals or equivalent with minimum 3 years Bakery experience as Pastry Department Head in reputed Hotel / Bakery chains. Candidate with 3 years experience in Pastry industry . should be innovative and possess excellent Pastry skills. Team Player with good communications skills in English is a must




Baristas


Candidates with 2 years experience. Should posses excellent communications skills


Bakers


Candidate with 3 years experience in baking Industry. Should possess excellent baking skills. hg skis. good communications skills in English is a must


Pasty Assistant


Candidate with 3 years experience in Pastry industry . should possess excellent Pastry skills. Team Player with good communications skills in English is a must


Cake Decorator


Candidates with 2 years experience in Pastry industry. Should possess excellent cake designing skills. Communication skill in English is a must



Waiter/Waitresses


HO School graduate or equivalent. Minimum 2 yeas experience as server in Hospitality Industry or any retail food chain.


Cleaners:


Young energetic and enthusiastic males with basic communication skills.
