Skills:


� 3+ years toys buying experience, gained within a established retailer.
� High degree of work ethic and commitment
� Understanding of customer requirements and trend In the market
� Planning and forecasting
� Disciplined and well organized
� Flexible


Responsibilities:


� Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends
� Regularly reviewing performance indicators, e.g. sales and discount levels
� Managing plans for stock levels
� Reacting to changes in demand and in logistics
� Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract
� Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
� Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure Projects are completed
� Attending trade fairs, overseas to select and assemble a new collection of products
� Participating in promotional activities
� Writing reports and forecasting sales levels
� Presenting new ranges to senior retail managers
� Liaising with shop personnel to ensure product / collection supply meets demand
� Seeking merchandise feedback from customers
� Training and mentoring the junior staff

The Watch maker typically keeps records, estimates repair. orders parts. repair watches. refinishes caws. and performs quality control tests on the repairs. In a senior center, the watchmaker repairs or replaces watch movements and possibly performs case refinishing tasks.


Responsibility


� Repairs, cleans, and adjusts watches. clocks. and related instruments. using watchmakers tools. measuring instruments. bench machines. and cleaning equipment.
� Removes mechanism from case and disassembles pans, such as hands, springs. or wheels. using hand tools.
� Repair or replace faulty pans such as cracked crystals, broken hands and bent teeth or wheels. Clean & test and lubricate each pan.
� Reassemble, fit and adjust pans to make sure they work correctly.
