    Accident Investigator - Almarai - Saudi Arabia

The Ideal Person Should Be / Have
Technical Course Graduate.
Good IT and presentation skills
Arabic language
At least 5 years experience as Long Haul Driver and acquired knowledge on accident investigation trough training and exposure to job.
Can do driving assessment.
Experienced Master Driver
Can drive vehicle with valid Saudi driving license
Transport and Logistics operations exposure

Ensure that all accident investigation across the Distribution & Logistics is timely & concisely accomplished in accordance with the standard operating procedure and methodology stipulated in the Logistics Support & Development Manual

Areas of Responsibility
Standard Operating Procedure – To ensure compliance of the standard operating procedure on accident investigation

Field Accident Investigation - To ensure timely performance on field accident investigation and the gathering of pertinent data is concisely achieved

Accident Report Requirement Compilation – To ensure that the root causes are identified and all pertinent data required are secured to conclude the accident with corrective action recommendation

Accident Report Generation – To ensure that the data are timely and accurately stored in the computer and timely retrieval for publication is achieved

The Ideal Person Should Be / Have
• Mechanical / Refrigeration / Automobiles Qualification preferably in Diesel Engines
• Extensive experience in Workshop Supervision
• Automobiles engineering qualified through a recognized technical School or institute
• 3 years experience in a motor workshop
• Sound knowledge of fleet maintenance system, scheduling and inspection
• Desirable to have computer skill and the ability to plan and record activates
• Good Leadership qualities
• Experience in Middle East in the similar role would be benefit
• Previous experience in SAP environment

To ensure assigned work is carried out in accordance to the plan in a safe and compliant manner through excellent Team direction and guidance whilst monitoring the highest quality of work within Budget limitation

Areas of Responsibility
1. Health & Safety Accident Reduction: Maintain and improve working practises within your area with safety at the forefront of every activity carried out. Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner and that safety is always considered when making a decision.
2. Human Resources: Manage and optimise the staff through support and guidance to meet the planned activities
3. Budget​/​g Cost: Ensure that while meeting or exceeding the Transport Operations and Logistics requirements, Operating cost per KM target are budget is achieved
4. Quality: Ensure staff’s awareness of quality systems and standards are in place, and all staff adhere to them
5. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Ensure that work processes are reviewed and studied thoroughly through total staff involvement in order to improve work efficiencies and environment
6. Service; To ensure attainment to schedule of servicing & repairs allocation of work for mechanics, replacement of spare parts, Meets agreed plan
